SHIPPING INFORMATION
At Nanyang Optical, we are committed to delivering your eyewear promptly and securely. Our shipping methods are designed to ensure that your spectacles, lenses, and contact lenses reach you in perfect condition. We offer transparent pricing and efficient packaging to provide you with a seamless experience. Your satisfaction is our priority.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Nanyang Optical. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your spectacles, lenses, or contact lenses, our return and exchange policy ensures that you can shop with confidence. Our straightforward process is aimed at making your experience with us as smooth as possible, ensuring that you receive the quality eyecare you deserve.
For Online Purchases
Register your return order request by dropping us an email at Marketing@nanyang.com.sg within 14 days from the date of receiving the items. Return methods:
1. Drop it off at any of our Singapore retail stores.
2. Use a SingPost POPStation.
3. Visit a Ninjavan drop-off point.
Use the original packaging if available, or any suitable packaging. Ensure that the parcel is securely sealed.
Please note that we do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees.
We do not reimburse returns made via a non-traceable mode of postage if it is not received.
You will receive a confirmation email once you have submitted your return request.
Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days and you will receive Store Credits into your account. An email will be sent once we've processed your return.
Returns via our Retail Stores (Free)
Return your item at any Nanyang Optical outlets by handing it to any of our staff. Ensure your Order Reference is clearly indicated on your parcel before dropping it off in our outlet.
For defective items, you will be sent a return postage label to return your order.
Please make sure your items are unworn, we recommend returning the defective items only via our prepaid postage label, as any charges incurred for using other modes of delivery won't be reimbursed.
